BabyCribSafetyNet.com products meet the highest quality standards and they are all under guarantee to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, covering both parts and labour from the date of purchase. 

A 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee to the value of the product purchase price and return post is offered on any product that is delivered faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown. Please understand that we do not refund if you simply change your mind as we incur considerable costs for each order that we dispatch. If you are not sure for any reason please contact me and we can discuss your concers and hopefuly help you to decide if my crib safety net is right for your needs.

Any requests for refunds, product replacement or product repairs should be made to us within a reasonable time of discovering the fault, not more than 30 days. You should stop using any faulty products immediately and provide us with full details of the fault in writing. You may choose between a refund of the product purchase price, product replacement or product repair.

Warranty Policy:

All products are warranted directly by our company Aussie Cot Net Co the manufacturer. The warranty is a full 12 months for replacement of the product.

Conditions: 

The owner must show proof of purchase.

The product must be returned in the original packaging.

This guarantee only applies providing the product has been used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.

The product has been used under recommendation of the manufacturér and all reasonable care taken, in agreement with the company.

Does not cover damage, malfunction or failure resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse or use other than that for which it was designed.

No repairs, alterations or modifications have been attempted, other than by an authorized service agent, dealer or company.

No additional liability is taken pursuant to this guarantee for the cost of travel or transport of the product or parts to or from the service agent, dealer or company.

Goods and Services Tax:

BabyCribSafetyNet.com only charges GST on orders billed and shipped within Australia. 10% GST is included in the price.

NO taxes are charged for orders billed and shipped internationally.

Backorders:

In the rare instance that an item is on back order after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.

Shipping:

We use Australia Post for the shipping of all our orders. We dispatch orders 6 days a week except public holidays and all international orders are posted priority airmail, registered and insured.

Orders are normally shipped from our warehouses within 1 to 3 business days from the time your order is received and payment funds are cleared.
